Surgery Self-Pay Rates
Surgery Info
There are 3 fees associated with surgery:
- Physicians Fee
- Facility Fee
- Anesthesia
Fees cover all post-operative communication via telephone or text with Dr. Jarman and/or Staff.
Toe Walking Surgery Details
Toe walking surgery, also know as Achilles Tendon Lengthening surgery, is a surgical procedure that “extends” the Achilles tendon, enabling children to walk with feet flat on the ground and their knees straight.
This procedure is often covered by insurance. *Out-of-state plans may not offer this benefit. Please check with your insurance carrier We also offer self-pay rates for families who are interested in this treatment option.
Process:
- Telehealth appointment with Dr. Jarman
- Schedule surgery with surgical scheduler/consents emailed
- Fly in the day before surgery for Office Visit
- Have Surgery next day *able to fly home same day
- Mandatory: 2 week follow up IN OFFICE to check the surgical site, and get new cast (able to fly home same day)
- Transition to boot at home after 2 weeks
- Phone call week 7- to discuss expectations as child begins to walk
- Surgery for next leg- 2.5 months from Initial Leg Surgery. (Fly in Same day as surgery, no office visit needed)
- 6 months Telehealth correspondence from initial surgery for final follow up. Patient graduates!

OUTPATIENT FACILITY (Arizona Specialty Surgery Center)
- Physician Fee: $2100 (per leg)
- Facility Fee: $3,419.66
- Anesthesia: $600-$1,100 * dependent on OR time
- Total Cost per leg: $6,119.66
HyProCure Surgery Details
HyProCure is a surgical procedure that can be used to correct flat feet in children. It involves the implantation of a small device into the ankle, which helps to reposition the heel and improve the alignment of the foot.
If the procedure is not covered by your insurance, we offer reasonable self-pay rates.
Process:
- Telehealth appointment with Dr. Jarman
- Qualify patient in office (1st appointment)/receive boot
- Schedule for surgery (same day as appointment)
- Have surgery and placed in cast
- Boot and/or Cast off at home 2 weeks after surgery
- Walking boot for 2 weeks
- Have second Hyprocure 4-5 weeks from initial procedure
- Go home in cast
- Boot and/or Cast off at home- 2 weeks after surgery
- Walking Boot in 2 weeks
HyProCure Surgery Prices
IN OFFICE (Pediatric Foot & Ankle)
- *3,800 per foot *includes cost of Hyprocure Implant
- $7,600 total for both
