About Dr. Nicole baxter

Pediatric Foot and Ankle Surgeon

Dr. Nicole Baxter is a foot and ankle specialist from Lebanon, OH. She attended Xavier university for her Bachelor of science degree and then received her doctorate of Podiatric medicine from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine. She attended her surgical residency at Emory Decatur hospital with three years of intense training in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery. She is currently Board Qualified in Forefoot and Rearfoot by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is now finalizing her FACFAS Certified status.

She has extensive training in forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot pathology ranging from ulcers to bunion to flatfoot recon. She believes in a team centered approach for treatment. She likes to work closely with her patients and their families to achieve pain relief and recovery for all her patients.

In her spare time she reads, runs, hikes, rides horses and fosters for a cat rescue. She moved to the valley almost two years ago and currently lives in the east valley.

She is credentialed at Banner Thunderbrid, Desert, Ocotillo, Mercy Gilbert and Chandler regional hospitals.
